  • Yes, of course. Please book consecutive slots.

  • Yes, you can do this up to 3 hours prior to your slot.

Unfortunately our booking system won't allow refunds but you can reschedule as many times as you like, up to 3 hours prior to your slot.

  • We can link bookings made under the same email address to your account. Please email us with your name and email address and we will add your booking to your account.

  • Yes of course - check your confirmation email from your original booking for instructions on how to add dogs to your visit.

  • Unfortunately if there are no times shown for that day, the field is fully booked. However, keep checking back as people do sometimes reschedule their bookings so a slot may become available.

  • The system we use does not allow two bookings at once. We sometimes find that one person has come to the wrong field or has the wrong day or time, or one person has rescheduled their booking.

If this happens and you are unsure, please call 07909 905233 as we will be able to check.

  • This can happen if you did not log in to your account when making the booking. If this has happened please email us and we can link them for you.

  • Yes, you can buy blocks of credits, which give you either:

    • 20% off your bookings

    • £50 worth of bookings for £40

    • 10 sessions for the price of 8

If you are using the field to walk an assistance dog or you are from a dog shelter we offer discounts of 25 – 50%, please call 07909 905233 or email us for a discount code.

  • You may book the dog field for group bookings but this can be a problem with car parking space. We ask group bookings to adhere to the following additional rules:

    • If you need space for more than 2 cars please book an extra 30 minutes above the time you want to use the field for.

    • Do not arrive until after the booking slot has started

    • Ensure all but one car has left at least 10 minutes before the end of the booked slots.

If you want to book for more than 12 dogs please email dogfields@molesfarm.co.uk to discuss this before booking.

See more detailed directions and map here

  • The fields are available from 7am to 9pm, 7 days per week.

You must pre-book and pay for a session prior to your visit. You will have exclusive use of the field during your booked slot.

You can book up to a year in advance so if you wish, you can book the same slot every week.

  • Carr is 6 acres.

    Manor is 6.5 acres.

Near Ings (formerly known as Ings) is 6.5 acres.

Far Ings is our largest field yet at over 7 acres

    Burton Gates is 5 acres

Walkington is smaller at 1.5 acres.

All fields are secured with a high fence.

  • We are not allowed to have flood lighting due to planning restrictions, so please bear this in mind when booking your slot during the winter months.

  • There are wooden shelters in all of the fields.

  • There are picnic benches at all sites, and users are welcome to have a picnic but please ensure all litter is placed in the bins provided.

  • Yes you may, as there is not enough space on the road outside the fields to accommodate cars. However, please wait in your car until the previous user has got back into their car. This is to help with reactive dogs.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your slot time.

  • Unfortunately if you are late arriving for your slot you must still leave on time as there will usually be another user booked to use the field.

  • If you see cars in the car park when you are scheduled to use the field (and you don’t think they have booked), please note the registration number and we can check.

  • As the rules state, you should pick up your own dog’s poo. However, if you do happen to notice an uncollected poo please place a cone next to it. This helps us when checking the fields. Cones can be found around the edge of the field.

If you see fresh dog poo, please text 07909 905233 so we can watch the CCTV.

  • All the fields are in rural locations, surrounded by arable farmland. For this reason local farmers may be carrying out pest control or have pigeons scarers on at certain times of the year (usually late autumn and in the late winter/spring - when the young crops are easily killed by grazing pigeons and rabbits).

This is out of our hands, but we wanted to make you aware of it in case you have a very noise sensitive dog.

Walkington and Burton Gates are both next to a quiet country road

Carr is off the road but there is a slow train line next to the field.

Manor, Near Ings and Far Ings are set back from a main road.

  • Although you must stay in your car until the start of your time slot, cars are allowed to arrive in the car park up to ten minutes early. Therefore we would advise you to book an hour slot, arrive after the start time of the slot, and leave at least 10 minutes before the end of the hours slot.

We also have ‘Optional In-field Parking’ at all fields so that you can drive into the field with no chance of seeing another dog.

  • Please supervise your dogs carefully on the play equipment.

Dogs should not be encouraged to jump until they have finished growing (12-18 months depending on the breed) so please stick to tunnels, weaving poles and obedience training until then.

Please also be careful with overweight dogs, or tired dogs. Jumping dogs too young, or if they are too heavy, can result in the early onset of arthritis or other health problems.

If any equipment looks damaged please let us know and do not use it.

Play equipment is there for dogs to use and not for children/adults.

  • We are proud to use 'What3Words' - a system which has divided the world into 3 metre squares and given each square a unique combination of three words.

These combination of words are recognised by the emergency services worldwide, and it's the easiest way of sharing your exact location if needed.
